Mr. Zou Zhiliang, JL’s General Manager, is one of the few professional USFDA process authorities in China and is also among the earliest few as an USFDA HACCP authority for canned food products. JL is a well recognized company in China by USFDA. It has thus far performed more than 250 retort heat distribution and product heat penetration studies as part of the USFDA food process requirements. It has to date helped more than 110 food processing facilities successfully file low acid process with USFDA as well as registrations under the U.S. Bio-Terrorism Act throughout the provinces of Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangxi, and others.

JL has had been growing by leaps and bounds and was re-organized in 2004, expanding both internally and externally, including offices and laboratories. It has also increased its scope of services and operations to include inspection and certification, and adding a myriad number of general products and commodities, such as light industrial items, apparels, textile, machinery, hardware as well as chemicals and minerals, on top of the food product category.

The company has since established a more extensive connection with research laboratories, universities and professional organizations. All JL personnel and sub-contractors operate independently in the most professional and objective manner and free from any bias and prejudice.
